Return and Exchange Policy

At Underline, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchases. You may return or exchange any product within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that it is:

- In its original, unused condition.
- Includes all accompanying accessories (if any).
- In its original packaging along with manuals or guides, if available.

General Conditions
- The store reserves the right to cancel the order if the item is not available in stock.
- You must contact us within 24 hours if there is any issue with the shipment (damage, wrong item, or incorrect delivery).

Cases Where the Customer Does Not Pay Shipping Fees
- Defective product or damage during shipping:
  If there is a manufacturing defect, damage during delivery, or the wrong product was sent, you will not bear any shipping costs.
  - A photo or video showing the defect must be provided, along with a copy of the invoice.

- Store errors:
  If the store displays the wrong image or product name, we will cover return and exchange shipping costs, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.

Returns for Other Reasons (Change of Mind)
- The customer bears the return shipping cost back to the warehouse.
- Replacement shipping from the warehouse to the customer: 23 SAR in addition to the previous shipping fees.
- Order cancellation after shipping: the customer bears the shipping fees both ways.

Non-Returnable Products
- Items damaged or scratched due to misuse or incorrect voltage usage.
- Products without thermal packaging, such as deodorants and similar items.
- Any product not meeting the return criteria will be rejected and sent back to the customer, who will bear the round-trip shipping costs.

Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 2 – 14 business days from the date the product arrives at the warehouse.
- After this period, the customer is not entitled to claim any refund.
